1. Today, the students were given a handout that summarized a discussion we had last week on Wednesday about some of the interesting realities of Treaty negotiations between the Federal government and Aboriginal groups during Confederation. These comments and discussions are only meant to give the students more information about the process of negotiations and an understanding that the negotiations process was not a fair one.
2. We continued on through the unit notes and had one presentation. We will continue with the notes tomorrow and the remaining time this week before Thursday will be time for students to complete a Chapter handout with questions as their review of the unit.
3. Test on Thursday for Unit two. Anyone not able to make that test day who has not given me prior notification or made arrangements to write before Thursday will get a mark of zero.
