- Students were given a short story to read that will be relevant to their final exam if they are writing it.
- I used the class to hand back anything left not yet returned to students and had a mini-conference with each one present to let them know what their final mark was. They were able to compare their first term mark to their second term mark, take the sum of them and divide that number by two to get their final mark. Anything over 75 was eligible for a recommend.
- I am surprised more students are ‘choosing’ to write the History exam instead of the English one. Interesting!
