ELA 10: Oct 19 Mid-term exam today…
- Students came prepared to write their mit-term exam today. They were given unit review sheets yesterday to ensure they covered everything. They began writing as soon as they settled into the classroom in the morning, before the school announcements, to ensure they would have the time to complete the test.
- The Illustration / Descriptive sketch assignments are also due today. Some asked if they could hand them in by the end of the day without losing marks and I agreed to that. We’ll just see if they remember to hand them in, though.
- Monday, we will continue with our in-depth reading of the novel, The Chrysalids.
