ELA B30: May 1 Narrative writing… 1 of 5
- Students had a sub for Monday and today. They were told in advance on Friday that they would have an individual writing assignment. There are several reasons for this assignment.
- With grad coming this weekend, I expect random attendance and want to be careful of what they would be missing. (You’ll be able to catch up on your time with this assignment, if you’re missing.)
- Also, we have just looked at some grammar issues common in student writing. With this assignment, you need to practice those skills and be attentive to them.
- Students will continue the rest of the week but we will talk tomorrow in class to ensure the focus is in the right place for the task.
