She’s got a fierce grip with the smallest fingers but are they ever long! And they have little finger nails already. Her hands look so mature. lol I held her for three hours on Friday and do you think she’d at least open her eyes a little bit? lol And when she finally did it looked like she was merely peeking out to see what was making the racket. Odd how something so small can command so much of everyone’s undivided attention. 

It said in the baby book, too, that for the first few days her stomach is the size of a cooked pea. Can you just imagine? After five days it becomes the size of a cherry. Life is wonderous, huh?
