ELA A30: Jan 17
- Today I gave a handout that reviewed the two units we have taken in this class and the different sub-units of each. We spent the class individually looking through the literature we have studied and students found suitable quotes to possibly incorporate into their formal essay on their final.
- I also handed out a review from Sask Learning that listed some of the most common mistakes by students writing the ELA departmental final. We read through it and made some things very clear so students should not be losing ‘simple’ marks for something like not underlining the title of a ‘non fiction’ novel, etc.
